He has been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years and has been involved with more than a dozen startups. During his career, Jim has raised more than $300 Million in capital and has personally closed sales of more than $1 Billion of FinTech products and services with leading global financial institutions.

SVP, Co-Founder

Rich is a senior executive with a broad background in Financial Services, Technology, Relationship Management and Product Management. Rich has 15 years of account management experience working with brokerage clients negotiating contracts, managing client projects, and acting as the senior level contact between ADP Brokerage Services and client firms, and 8 years of development experience starting as a junior programmer progressing to Senior Director of Development managing up to 21 developers working on various back office brokerage applications.

Kevin Barresi

CTO, Co-Founder

Kevin Barresi is co-founder, EVP, and CTO of FinTech Studios, the former CEO of Iubble Inc. and a technology-centric entrepreneur with a passion for building successful teams, products and businesses.

At FinTech Studios, he helped build the company from an idea to a successful business rooted in a highly performant, secure and efficient technology and product infrastructure. He is known for his innovative work in technology and holds several awards, including an Edison Patent Award for his contributions to data analytics and data visualization. Mr. Barresi holds a B.Eng and M.Eng. in computer engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he is recognized as a "40 Under 40" alumnus and an Entrepreneur in Residence.

Steve Grill

Senior Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance Management (LRCM)

Steven serves as FinTech Studios Senior Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance Management (LRCM) Solutions since he joined the company in 2019. Steven is a Data Science Executive inventing and building ground-breaking solutions in business and regulatory intelligence with a focus in regulatory, compliance and risk groups in the financial services domain.  Steven has been a senior executive on Wall Street for over 30 years, including various Managing Director roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, Chief Architect of HSBC’s investment bank, CIO of Finaccess, and other executive roles including at Citibank and Salomon Brothers. Steven has been leading research projects for many years in information architecture and high-performance computing, and holds several patents in knowledge graphs, modeling and no code solutions (code generation).

Derek Schnure

Chief Financial Officer

Derek serves as Chief Financial Officer and has had responsibility for FinTech Studios’ Finance and HR areas since he joined the company in 2019.He has extensive experience working in financial services technology and trading operations organizations and startups. Prior roles include IT CFO for Wealth Management Americas Technology at UBS, VP of Finance and Administration at Trading Cross Connects, IT Finance Manager at ICAP, and Senior Operations Manager at BrokerTec Futures Exchange. Derek earned his M.B.A. at the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Finance at Rutgers University.

Gerry Mintz is a highly strategic business leader and advisor with extensive experience in the FinTech and B2B information and enterprise software businesses.

Andy Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, advice and marketing services to emerging companies. Mr. Brown is also a member of the boards of directors of Guidewire inc. a public traded company in the PNC insurance business, Zscaler, Inc., a publicly traded company providing cloud security services, Pure Storage, Inc., a publicly traded software-defined data storage solutions company, LMRKTS LLC, a company providing FX and Swaps compression utilities, Moogsoft, a next generation AI-Operations company, Skyhive, a company providing Digital Reskilling & Education.
